To return an item, it must still be new in the sealed package with the part number label still attached so we may re-sell it to another customer. Of course there may be some special circumstances and exceptions. If we made a mistake, you will be taken care of immediately. Just let us know and we will fix it for you! However, if it was your mistake or you just no longer want it, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the item price. You have 14 days to return an item.
