Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment via USPS First Class Mail. This includes all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam! If you would like or need to receive your item quicker, you may choose to use USPS Priority shipping (estimated 2-3 days), for an additional cost.

As soon as your items ships, you should get an email from eBay with the shipping confirmation. The US Postal Service only offers "Delivery Confirmation". It is not a tracking system like Fed Ex or UPS. It only verifies when an item has been delivered. The Post Office are run by humans, so mistakes can happen as well as delays. We do accept returns when necessary, depending on the situation. To return an item, it must still be new in the sealed package with the part number label still attached so we may re-sell it to another customer. Of course there may be some special circumstances and exceptions. If we made a mistake, you will be taken care of immediately. Just let us know and we will fix it for you! However, if it was your mistake or you just no longer want it, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the item price. You have 14 days to return an item.
