TRC Vtec Locking Pins, AKA eliminator pins or Vtec killer, allow you to replace your factory Vtec pins with a solid titanium pin that keeps Vtec engaged at all times. This is the most cost effective way to create a Vtec killer setup and allows the use of your choice of Vtec Camshafts. These pins can be used with your OEM Vtec solenoid or with a Vtec block off.
Point blank our pins are better. Other companies use cheaper titanium, we use Grade 5 titanium known for its strength. Look at the photos of a competitors pin, rough machining, pitting... ours are smoother and install better with no issues. That is what you are paying for, better quality
